Venture into the reminiscent scents and tastes of an old-time candy shop with a sip of Buffalo Trace Distillery’s Antique Collection 2021 edition of Thomas H. Handy Sazerac straight rye. Aged for 6 years and 4 months in new white oak #4 char barrels and finished to 129.5 proof, this select rye is composed of Minnesota rye, distiller grade #1/#2 Kentucky corn, and N. Dakota malted barley. Originally distilled in Spring 2015 and released in Fall 2021, the Thomas H. Handy Sazerac 2021 rye is double distilled in BTD beer stills and has a nose sweetened with hints of pulled toffee, cinnamon, and spice.
