Penelope Toasted Series Barrel Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the 31st batch in the series and is composed of an undisclosed 3-tier mash bill containing a blend of 21% rye-based bourbon, 99% corn-based bourbon, and 45% wheat-based bourbon. Aged for 4.5 years in charred new American oak barrels, this supremely crafted whiskey is then finished in virgin toasted barrels with customized charring for a final touch of richness and texture.…
