Introducing the fourth release from the acclaimed Founder's Collection crafted by Rabbit Hole Distillery, the Rabbit Hole Nevallier 16 year old Founder's Collection Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey; a considered collector's whiskey finished in superior French casks. Derived from 10 hand-picked barrels expertly selected from Rabbit Hole founder Kaveh Zamanian's private stash, this premium quaff is aged for a minimum of 15 years in traditional American charred oak casks and then dumped and rested another year in virgin French oak. These unique French finishing casks were made from wood harvested in the Nevers and Allier forests of Central France. Produced in a mere 1,115 bottles, each release is numbered in sequential order and presented in a custom wooden box. Rabbit Hole Nevallier 16 Year Founder's Collection Bourbon is bottled at a cask strength of a varying 114.2+ proof and is composed of an undisclosed high-rye mash bill. About the brand

Rabbit Hole was founded in 2012 by Kaveh Zamanian, an Iranian-born Ph.D. psychologist. Kaveh grew up in Southern California before moving to Chicago, where he met his wife Heather, a Louisville native with a passion for bourbon. After finding monotony in the Bourbon landscape, Kaveh Zamanian entrenched himself in the work and study of Bourbon in the pursuit of starting his own distillery. A place where he could create new, modern whiskeys that challenge the status quo and offer a new vision of what an authentic whiskey can be. When Kaveh told his wife about his desire to move to Louisville and launch his own Bourbon brand, Heather challenged him to finish this project and told him that he was taking the family down a rabbit hole from which they could never return. He risked it all to create Rabbit Hole; true, original, one-of-a-kind bourbon.
