Derived from an estimated 51% rye mash bill, otherwise undisclosed, Sagamore Spirit Reserve Series Sherry Rye is bottled at 106-proof and offers a nose pilfered throughout with bright cherries, figs, and raisins bathed in chocolate and walnuts. Our spirit flows from a spring house, built in 1909, at Maryland’s Sagamore Farm – naturally filtered spring water, fed from a limestone aquifer. Some time ago, Plank decided he wanted to make whiskey influenced by the water from his Sagamore Farm.
