The second release in Penelope's Founders Reserve series builds upon the first expression, upping the aging for a further 2 years to reach an impressive 15 year age statement. Released in 2023, Penelope 15 Year Old American Light Whiskey is crafted from a mash bill of 99% corn and aged in 2nd fill oak barrels. Bottled at cask strength of 64.2% ABV (128.4-prrof), the nose opens with aromas of pecan, nutmeg and kettle corn.
