Obsidian in shade and stain, this 2019 vintage Cullen Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot offers up a nightfall of fantasy and flavor that will leave you on the dewy shoreline of the Margaret River valley in mind and soul. Crafted from a blend of Merlot, Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc from French oak barrels, this wine is pilfered throughout with aromatic hits of drying herbs, aged tobacco leaves, and dusty cedar shavings over hues of briny black olives. The palate is sweetly toned with hits of ripe mulberries and blushingly red currants over layers of more olives, black earth, and crushed bay leaf.
