Fuji. Produced in a run of an estimated 2,000 bottles worldwide, this collectible dram is from the Kacho Fugetsu bottling series and is cited as the 3rd release in this limited edition iteration. Aged for a minimum of 21 years, the 2015 Hibiki 21 Year Mount Fuji Limited Edition is a blend of select whiskies from 3 of Suntory's esteemed distilleries: Yamazaki, Chita, and Hakushu. Each box and bottle features beautifully detailed imagery of Mt. Fuji and is finished at 43% ABV. The nose offers layers of sweet lemon cream, vanilla, and almond over a palate of citrus, toffee, plums, and sweet oak toasted with coconut.
