Released in 2019 from the Preservation Distillery, Rare Perfection 14 is sourced whiskey crafted using barrels kept in the ice-cold climate of Northern Canada and distilled from four-grain bourbon containing an undisclosed mash bill of at least 51% corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley. With a finished barrel strength of 100.7 proof, Rare Perfection 14 is categorized as over-proof whiskey and opens with aromatic notes of island fruits and citrus over layers of roasted coconut shavings and sweet pineapple rounds.
