Aged a minimum of 15 years in American oak barrels and finished to a barrel strength of 107 proof, this carefully curated bourbon has produced 2 distinct batches to date with different flavor profiles and mash bill compositions, notably; Batch 1: 78% corn, 13% rye, and 9% malted barley/Batch 2: 78.5% corn, 13% rye, and 8.5% malted barley.
