Crafted from hand-selected 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 15 year old barrels and aged 5 years in American white oak, Batch 030 was released in September 2021 with a cask strength of 117.32 proof. On the nose, this deeply toned bourbon offers up bites of sweet summer raspberries and blackberries over pops of brandy-soaked plums, aged oak, and warmly baked fruit cake.
