Offered in curated quantities and finished at 63.25% ABV (126.5-proof), the Kentucky Tea Batch is aged for 7 years, 4 months, and 14 days and is composed of a mash bill containing 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley. The distillate used for this batch was derived from barrels produced on 6 different production dates and housed in six separate warehouses, specifically; 2% - 3rd floor/7th story of warehouse 5, 1% - 4th floor/7th story of warehouse X, 1% - 4th floor/9th story of warehouse D, 12% - 4th floor / 7th story of warehouse 1, 24% - 5th floor/7th story of warehouse Q, 14% - 6th floor/7th story of warehouse Q, and 46% - 6th floor/7th story of warehouse Z. The 3rd batch from the 2022 line-up, Booker's Batch 2022-03 is named after Booker Noe's habit of drinking water with this bourbon, referring to it as "Kentucky Tea".
