About the brand
A product created by Victoria Distillers of British Columbia, Canada - Empress 1908 Indigo Gin is named after the world-renowned Fairmount Empress Hotel and was officially launched in 2017. Taking a page out of the hotel's inspired afternoon tea program - this premium gin captures the textures and tastes of select botanicals, black tea, and beautiful exotic herbs for a gin-tas-tic tasting experience. Bottled in simple yet distinct glass decanters, this Empress 1908 showcases vibrant coloration in its distillates explored through various bottlings, including its classic Empress 1980 Indigo Gin, a ruby red Elderflower Rose Gin, and a gloriously golden-hued Oak Gin - a summer-soaked yellow gin aged in select oak casks.
