The Hakushu 100th Anniversary 12 Year Old is a limited edition single malt Japanese whisky celebrating the centenary of Suntory. Crafted at The Hakushu Distillery, Suntory's mountain forest distillery, nestled deep in Mt. Kaikomagatake, The Hakushu 12 Year Old is made up of carefully selected malt whiskies all aged for a minimum of 12 years in various casks. The result is a fresh and gently smoky single malt whisky that perfectly encapsulates the unique natural landscapes surrounding The Hakushu Distillery. Herbal aromas of basil, pine needle, and green apple fill the nose before a palate of sweet pear, mint and kiwi. Bottled at 43% ABV (86-proof), this limited edition bottling features an illustration of the Hakushu Distillery with soft hues of green, representing the forest surrounding the distillery.…
