The 80% corn, 12% malted barley, 8% rye mashbill undergoes the traditional sugar maple charcoal mellowing process before entering barrels at 100 proof - lower than usual entry proof. Matured for at least 7 years in Jack Daniel's highest-elevation barrel houses, the whiskey typically reaches 104-110 proof during aging before being proofed back to 100 for bottling. This non-chill filtered expression launched as a permanent addition in August 2025, with 400 initial barrels dumped.

The 2025 Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 19 Year Old Wheat Whiskey is a 100-proof, 51% Wheat, 37% Corn, 12% Malted Barley whiskey with a 277 barrel outrun aged on the 5th and 6th floors of rickhouse Y. A unique and innovative wheate whiskey that represents the first wheat whiskey introduced in the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection and is one of the most interesting limited edition releases of the year.

Released as Woodford Reserve's highest-proof offering to date at 139.4 proof, this 12-year-old limited edition builds upon the original 2021 Chocolate Whisper release. Extended barrel aging develops deeper complexity with rich flavors of chocolate, coffee, dried cherry and cranberry complemented by a charred oak backbone. The cherry mahogany-colored bourbon offers an aromatic profile of chocolate and toasted oak with clove and nutmeg, concluding with a long finish of candied pecan and rich oak.
