Crafted from corn provided by the local Dry Fly Hutterite settlement and distilled on a German-made Christian Carl pot still, this bottle of Dry Fly 101 bourbon is aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years with a cask proof of 101%. This whiskey uses a blended mash bill of corn, unmalted wheat, and barley with triticale grown locally. On the nose, this glowing-amber bourbon offers hues of roasted spice and light oak.
